CaliforniaWarn provides informational content compiled from publicly available California WARN Act filings published by the California Employment Development Department (EDD). The Service also provides a voluntary Talent Network where displaced workers can share their professional information with verified recruiters.

The Service is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice, employment advice, financial advice, or any other form of professional advice.

3. Nature of Data

All layoff data displayed on the Service is derived from official WARN Act notices filed with the State of California. This information is public record and is republished here for convenience.

Company descriptions and contextual information may be generated using AI tools. These descriptions are background context, not insider information, and are not guaranteed to be accurate.

4. Talent Network

The Talent Network is a voluntary service for displaced workers. By submitting your information, you consent to CaliforniaWarn sharing your professional profile with verified third-party recruiters as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Talent Network is free for displaced workers. CaliforniaWarn does not charge workers for any service.

You may withdraw consent or request removal of your profile at any time by emailing privacy@californiawarn.com.

5. Paid Products

The Service may offer paid products such as compliance templates. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

6. Permitted Use

Access to the Service is granted for personal or internal business use only. You may not:

- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service or its data

- Use automated tools to extract or copy data from the Service

- Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data will be accurate or complete.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
